This Indenture made the thirtieth day of August One thousand eight hundred and eighty two Between Mary Baker of Brentwood in the County of Essex Widow and Hannah Ann Baker of the same place Spinster of the one part and the said Hannah Ann Baker and Maria Louisa Baker of Brentwood aforesaid Spinster of the other part and supplemental to an Indenture of Mortgage dated the second day of January One thousand one hundred and eighty two and made between John Edward Ford of the one part and the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker of the other part for securing to the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker the sum of Three thousand pounds eight hundred pounds and interest at Four pounds five shillings per centum per annum on hereditments situate at Tottenham in the County of Middlesex

Whereas the said sum of three thousand pounds eight hundred pounds remains owing to the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker on the hereinbefore mentioned security but all interest for the same has been paid up to the date of these presents

And whereas the said Hannah Ann Baker and Maria Louisa Baker have become entitled in equity to the said principal sum of Three thousand eight hundred pounds and the interest now due and henceforth to become due for the same.

And whereas the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker have agreed to execute such Transfer of the said principal sum of Three thousand eight hundred pounds and interest and the securities for the same as is hereinafter contained

Now this Indenture witnesseth that in pursuance of the said Agreement and in consideration of the premises the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker as Mortgagees assign unto the said Hannah Ann Baker and Maria Louisa Baker

All that the said principal sum of Three thousand eight hundred pounds owing on the aforesaid security and all interest due and to become due thereon respectively and the full benefit of and right to exercise and enforce all powers and securities for compelling payment of the said sum and interest

To have and receive the same unto the said Hannah Ann Baker and Maria Louisa Baker absolutely

And this Indenture also Witnesseth that for the consideration aforesaid the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker as Mortgagees hereby convey unto the said Hannah Ann Baker and Maria Louisa Baker

And the hereditments comprised in and conveyed by the said Indenture of Mortgage and now vested in the said Mary Baker and Hannah Ann Baker subject to redemption thereunder

To hold unto and to the use of the said Hannah Ann Baker and Maria Louisa Baker as joint tenants in fee simple subject to such right of redemption as is now subsisting therein under the said Indenture of Mortgage

In witness whereof the said parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first before written
