CERTIFICATE OF THE CONTRACT FOR THE REDEMPTION OF LAND TAX No. 101,289 KNOW ALL That We, the undersigned, being Two of the Commissioners acting in the execution of the several Acts for the Redemption of the Land-Tax, do hereby certify that we have contracted and agreed with Henry Kerby of Number 4 Lancaster Place Strand in the County of Middlesex the Freeholder of the property hereinafter described for the Redemption by him of Four pounds thirteen shillings and elevenpence halfpenny Land-Tax, being the Land-Tax charged upon All that piece or parcel of land together with the messuages or tenements and outbuildings erected thereon situate at Devonshire Hill (formerly Clay Hill) in the Parish of Tottenham in the County of Middlesex containing by admeasurement an area of Thirty-four acres and one rood or thereabouts and more particularly delineated and described on the plan marked "B" hereto annexed and thereon coloured pink Which said Premises are assessed in the Assessment made for the Parish of Tottenham in the Division of Edmonton in the County of Middlesex for the Year 1900/1, as follows, viz :-
The Consideration is declared to be One hundred and forty pounds eighteen shillings and nine pence of Lawful money of Great Britain, to be paid to the Accountant-General of Inland Revenue, at the Revenue Office, Somerset House, London, on or before the 17th day of September next.
